Roles and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Organization Strategy & Performance: Organization Operating Model & Internal Processes/Systems.
- Pharma & Biologics/Biopharma sector awareness: Competitive Awareness
- Patent research Methodology: IPR Tools/Software Expertise
- Project Planning: Delivery Excellence
- Insightful Reporting: Data Management
Secondary Responsibilities
- Global Trademark Portfolio management and handling Trademark litigations and oppositions in coordination with external counsels.
- Demonstrated track record of handling Trademark Portfolio, oppositions and litigations in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry is required
- Manage Global Trademark Portfolio for Biocon group companies for India, US, EU and ROW countries.
- Manage the Trademark litigations and oppositions in coordination with external counsels
- Handle Trademark assignment activity globally
- Review of Trademark agreements and IPR clauses
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for trademark related activities
- Mentor junior team members.
