  An experienced procurement professionalwith expertise in RFQ process, evaluating bids, and managingend-to-end requisition processes. Adept in CAPEX procurement acrossmultiple categories (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, andAdministrative), handling both greenfield and brownfield projects.Strong knowledge in SAP MM Module and S4HANA, proficient ine-bidding through Ariba, and highly skilled in commercialnegotiations, including GST, INCO-terms, and high-value contractcreation in collaboration with the legalteam.  How You'll Help Us Connect theWorld: RFQ and CollectingQuotes: Proactively manage the procurement ofMaintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) items by preparing andissuing RFQs to qualifiedsuppliers. Collect quotes and assess suppliers basedon pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards to ensure thebest overall value for thecompany. Preparation ofComparatives: Develop detailed comparative analysisreports for suppliers based on quotations, price variations, leadtimes, and technical compliance to help management make informeddecisions. CAPEXProcurement (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil,Administrative): Lead procurement activities for majorCAPEX projects, focusing on Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, andAdministrative components in both greenfield and brownfieldprojects. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensureprocurement aligns with project timelines andbudgets. Expertise in SAP MM Module andS4HANA: Manage end-to-end procurement processesusing SAP MM Module and S4HANA systems, including requisitioncreation, purchase order generation, goods receipt, and invoiceprocessing. Ensure data accuracy and compliance inall procurement transactions entered intoSAP. E-Bidding throughAriba: Conduct e-bidding events through theAriba platform, ensuring fair competition andtransparency. Use advanced sourcing techniques andnegotiation strategies to achieve cost reductions and valueimprovements. Proficiency with INCO-Terms and CommercialTerms: Ensure all procurement activities adhereto appropriate INCO-terms for international shipments, mitigatingrisks related to shipping, insurance, andresponsibilities. Stay updated on commercial terms,including GST regulations, ensuring contracts and procurementtransactions are compliant with local and international taxlaws. High-Value ContractCreation: Work closely with internal stakeholders,such as the legal department, to draft and finalize high-valuecontracts, ensuring all contractual obligations aremet. Negotiate contract terms that provide thebest value while minimizing risk exposure to theorganization. End-to-End RequisitionClosure: Manage the full lifecycle of requisitionsfrom initiation to closure, ensuring timely procurement of goodsand services. Coordinate with relevant departments(finance, operations, and legal) to ensure all approvals andprocesses are completed before closingrequisitions. Supplier RelationshipManagement: Maintain strong relationships with keysuppliers, ensuring continuous improvement in delivery, quality,and cost savings. Conduct supplier performance evaluationsand work on enhancing the supply base for criticalcategories. Compliance and RiskManagement: Ensure all procurement activities complywith organizational policies and regulations, including legal,ethical, and financialrequirements. Identify and mitigate potential risksrelated to supplier performance, contract management, andcompliance with INCO-terms and taxregulations.  RequiredQualifications forConsideration:
  • B. TECH –Mech/Civil/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.
  • Minimum 12 ~ 14years of relevant working experience, atleast 3 ~5 years workexperience in Managerial or sub-Managerial cadre.
