Location : Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Azure Data Engineer with over 8 years of expertise in data engineering and a strong background in Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and architectures using modern cloud-based tools and big data Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines on Azure using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Databricks.

- Migrate on-premise data systems to Azure cloud platforms, ensuring minimal downtime and performance efficiency.

- Build and maintain data integration solutions involving both batch and real-time data processing.

- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Python, and Spark.

- Design and implement data lake and data warehouse solutions.

- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data availability and quality.

- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues with data pipelines and processing systems.

- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with internal and external policies.

- Develop documentation and provide technical mentorship to junior Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on large-scale data pipelines and cloud solutions.

Extensive experience with Azure cloud services, especially :

- Azure Data Factory

- Azure Synapse Analytics

- Azure Data Lake Gen2

- Azure Databricks

- Azure SQL, Cosmos DB

- Strong programming experience in Python and SQL.

- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and big data technologies.

- Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines for data workflows (e.g., using Azure DevOps).

- Deep understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data integration techniques.
