Role Description
We are a growing startup in Andheri, Mumbai, seeking a curious and driven Tech & AI Associate to join us full-time on-site, responsible for developing and executing digital strategies, managing projects, driving marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and sharing insights on emerging technology and AI trends; prior years of experience are not essential—what matters most is a problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn, and comfort with leveraging AI tools across different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively use AI tools to assist with tasks across operations, reporting, and marketing.
- Support in building and maintaining websites/landing pages (WordPress, etc.).
- Help design visuals, creatives, and presentations using Canva or similar tools.
- Assist in creating and editing videos for campaigns using online editing platforms.
- Explore and learn digital marketing basics while supporting ongoing campaigns.
- Experiment with new tools, apps, and workflows to improve team productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
Requirements
- Freshers welcome - must be tech-savvy, curious, and eager to learn.
- Strong interest in AI, marketing, and problem-solving.
- Familarity with Canva, WordPress, or online video editing tools (a big plus).
- Ability to adapt quickly, research solutions, and take initiative.
- Comfortable working full-time from our Andheri (Mumbai) office.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
