Role Description :


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Salesforce Developer at Bohiyaanam Talent located in Oakland, CA. The Lead Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing Visualforce pages, Salesforce.com development, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce.com administration, and Salesforce.com customization.
Some work from home is acceptable for this & Responsibilities :


- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Define and enforce Salesforce development standards and best practices.

- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine functional and technical

requirements.

- Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, or native connectors.

- Manage platform releases, updates, and deployment processes including CI/CD pipelines.

- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Salesforce Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development with at least 1+ years in a lead role.

- Strong command over Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and platform limits.

- Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.

- Proficient in version control systems (Git), and deployment tools like Copado, Gearset, or ANT.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications (preferred).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for Salesforce.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
