Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage the all the initiatives in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) along with the CFT team.
- Strong Knowledge of Design, Customize, Configure and testing of SD modules.
- Map business requirements, processes and co-ordinate and develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs.
- In dept knowledge on order to cash, third party scenario, stock transfer order, integration with third party logistics, consignment process and sub-contracting.
- Knowledge on credit management, availability check, copy controls, output determination and revenue account determination.
- Must have previous hands-on experience in pricing, India GST scenario, I-Doc and LSMW.
- Familiar with SAP SD integration to other modules IBP, FI/CO, MM, PM etc.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve SAP related issues/ problems.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required & develop training guidelines and manage training classes through the team.
- Partner with key stakeholders in process improvements and Drive adoption of corporate initiatives or best practices
Educational Qualification:
- Qualification: Engineering / MBA
Work Experience:
- Total No. of years: 9 - 12 years
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading the implementation of SAP Projects at large organizations
- Pharma exposure is preferred.
- Managed 2 -3 full SAP life cycle implementations.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Ability to handle the business process primarily covering Procure to Pay scenarios and related business process of in pharma / process industry.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing competing priorities, and building a team of professional who can complete tasks on time.
- Working knowledge of technology, vendors, products, development, and support alternatives
- SAP certification, preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
- Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
Behavioral / Managerial skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
