Mandatory Skills :


Agile Development - 5 to 7 years


Databricks & Python - 5 to 7 years


Azure Data Factory - 5 years


Data Validations - 5 to 7 years


Key Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with source data teams and product owners to design, implement, and support analytics solutions delivering business insights.


- Build and support data engineering and migration pipelines using Azure services like Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Functions, Event Hub, and Azure Stream Analytics.


- Engage in the full development lifecycle including design, cloud engineering, ingestion, preparation, modeling, testing, CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and production support.


- Provide technical leadership within a DevOps team and contribute to ownership and support of products.


- Implement both batch and streaming data pipelines using cloud technologies.


- Establish coding standards, best practices, and data security guidelines.


- Mentor junior team members and foster a multi-functional team environment.


Minimum Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent 2-3 years of experience in agile-based software solution development.


- 3+ years of data engineering using SQL.


- 4+ years of cloud development experience, preferably on Microsoft Azure.


Technical Expertise Required :


Languages/Tools :


- Python, PySpark, Unix, SQL


- Java, Scala


- FAST API (5+ years preferred)


Data Platforms :


- Teradata, SQL Server, Snowflake


Preferred Qualifications :


- 5+ years in full-stack development, preferably on Azure.


- 5+ years in SQL-based data analytics.


- Airline industry experience is a plus.


- Azure Development Track Certification (preferred).


- Spark Certification (preferred).
