Employment Type: Contract-4MonthsJob Summary We are seeking a skilledUKG BIRT Consultantwith strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining reports usingBIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools)within theUKG (Kronos) Workforce Managementecosystem. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping teams to deliver accurate, scalable, and performance-optimized reporting solutions.Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and deployBIRT reportsfor UKG Workforce Management modules. Work on UKG modules includingTimekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Attendance, and Payroll interfaces . Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business and functional stakeholders. Develop complex SQL queries to extract data from UKG databases. Customize existing reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs. Ensure data accuracy, report performance, and adherence to reporting standards. Support report migration, upgrades, and enhancements during UKG version updates. Troubleshoot report-related issues and provide ongoing production support. Create documentation for report logic, layouts, and data sources. Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and end users. Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience withUKG (Kronos) BIRT Reporting . Proficiency inBIRT Designer , report layouts, scripting, and parameters. Solid experience inSQLand relational databases. Good understanding ofUKG Workforce Management data models . Experience working withTimekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, or Attendancemodules. Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
