About the Job:

Birlasoft is currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Salesforce CRMA Developer. Candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce development in analytics side. He/She should have experience in Salesforce applications development.


  1. Job Title – Salesforce CRM Analytics/Einstein Analytics
  2. Experience- 5 to 8 years.
  3. Location: Pune, Noida, Bangalore
  4. Educational Background – Any Graduate
  5. Key Responsibilities – CRM Analytics, Salesforce Development, LWC, Apex,


Requirement:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on analytics
  • Proficiency in Salesforce applications development
  • Experience with Salesforce Integration (REST) for retrieving data from external systems
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Ability to work with Named Credentials for external system access
  • Proficient in Aura components development
  • Strong experience in implementing reports and dashboards using Einstein Analytics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices
  • Very good command over the Apex programming language
  • Experience working on Agile projects with sprint-based execution
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers
  • Strong learning ability and capability to handle individual tasks responsibly


Job Description:

  • As a Senior Software Developer specializing in Salesforce CRM Analytics, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing robust solutions within the Salesforce CRM platform, with a particular focus on analytics functionalities.
  • Leveraging Salesforce Integration (REST) to seamlessly connect with external systems and retrieve data.
  • Utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC) to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
  • Employing Named Credentials for secure access to external systems.
  • Crafting Aura components to extend the functionality of Salesforce CRM.
  • Implementing reports and dashboards using Einstein Analytics for insightful data visualization.
  • Collaborating with the team to implement Salesforce DevOps best practices for continuous integration and delivery.
  • Writing efficient Apex code to customize and extend the Salesforce platform.
  • Contributing to Agile projects with sprint-based execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Engaging with customers to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Demonstrating strong learning abilities and taking ownership of individual tasks to drive project success.
