Hiring: GPP (Global Payplus) SME / Lead – Onsite Role | Pan IndiaExperience: 7–12 YearsEmployment Type: Full-time: Pan IndiaAre you an experienced GPP (Global Payplus) professional ready to take ownership of end-to-end delivery, system integration, and production support?Join our team as a GPP SME / Lead and be the key liaison between Unisystem and Finastra, driving excellence in implementation and support.Key Responsibilities- Serve as the Onsite GPP expert and primary contact for all GPP-related queries or issues. - Liaise between Unisystem and Finastra teams for seamless coordination. - Participate in LLD (Low Level Design) and ILD (Interface Level Design) workshops, providing valuable input on design and system integration. - Act as the Configuration Expert for customers and support both system and business configuration. - Triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, and Oracle queries. - Support SIT/UAT/NFT phases through issue resolution, test scope reviews, and clarifications. - Analyze and troubleshoot production issues, recommend workarounds, and support production upgrades. - Review and participate in walkthroughs of technical and functional specifications and use cases.
