Job Responsibilities

· Experience in working on projects with the State/ Central Government or Bi-lateral/Multilateral State/Central PSUs in these areas

· Conduct primary and secondary research continually to identify potential companies/investors in the sector who should be targeted.

· Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform project strategies, policies, and decision-making processes.

· Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and policy recommendations based on evidence and data

· Identification of Thrust Sectors (industrial and non-industrial) for investment and prepare sector-specific SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis and benchmarking to identify key factors viz-a-viz the competitor States.

· Conduct gap analysis, policy benchmarking and lead generation


Key Skills Required

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

· Proven project management skills

· Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies


Education Qualifications

Post Graduation in Economics/Management/Public Policy/ Public Administration or other related fields
