• Should be well versed with fundamentals of testing and testing methodologies.

• Extensive experience in Database/ETL data validations (DQ Rules and transformations).

• Experience in writing strong complex SQL queries.

• Extensive knowledge in Data warehousing concepts (e.g., FCT, DIM tables and SCD s) and reports testing.

• Conduct functional testing to verify that the application accurately interprets and processes conversational data, extracts relevant insights, and generates meaningful analytics reports.

• Perform regression testing to ensure that new enhancements or modifications do not adversely affect existing functionality or data accuracy.

• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in conversational AI and software testing, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

• Possess experience in working with test management tool. ( eg., JIRA )

• Good understanding in BI/DW concepts.

• Experience in an agile SDLC environment.

• Good to have knowledge on any visualization tools(Tableau, Power BI,etc).

• Effective working in a team as well as working independently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
