Responsibilities :

Dynamics 365 Development :

- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions for Sales, Marketing, and Service modules.

- Implement and customize Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Apps Portals.

- Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom workflows.

- Utilize XRM Toolbox and Ribbon Workbench for solution customization.

Power Platform Solutions :

- Develop and automate business processes using Power Automate.

- Create intuitive and efficient user interfaces with Canvas Apps.

- Build and customize Model-Driven Apps to meet business requirements.

- Ensure seamless integration between Power Platform components and Dynamics 365 CE.

Integration and Scripting :

- Integrate third-party systems and applications with Dynamics 365 CE.

- Develop and deploy custom JavaScript solutions to enhance Dynamics 365 CE functionality.

- Implement best practices for coding and development within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Project Management and Collaboration :

- Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Maintenance and Optimization :

- Perform system maintenance, updates, and optimizations to ensure peak performance of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

- Continuously monitor and enhance the user experience and functionality of deployed solutions.

Qualifications :

- Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development.

- Extensive experience with Power Platform components: Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Apps Portal Customization.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in JavaScript, C#, and .NET.

- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture and customization tools.

- Experience with XRM Toolbox and Ribbon Workbench.

- Knowledge of workflows, custom workflows, and plugins development.

- Experience with third-party integrations and API development.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Azure services and cloud technologies.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for reporting and analytics.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
