MBA / M. Com preferred from reputed institution. - Professional Certification: CFA / CMA / CA / CIMA or similar is a plus.Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning & Budgeting: Prepare annual budgets, forecasts for all companies (India, NL, IE, UK), aligned with sales & operations. - Cost & Profitability Analysis : Conduct SKU‐level profitability, analyze cost drivers (production, supply chain, import duties, shipping etc.), suggest pricing strategies. - Working Capital Management: Manage receivables, payables, inventory; across multiple countries; optimize cash flow. - Cross‐border financial compliance & reporting: Consolidated financial statements; ensure compliance with local laws in NL, IE, UK, India; tax, audit, statutory. - Risk Management: Currency / forex exposure (EUR, GBP, CHF etc.), commodity cost fluctuations, shipping/logistics risk.
