Neutara is a leading product-based company focused on delivering innovative solutions in the tech industry. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic DevOps Automation Manager to join our team and drive our automation initiatives.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the DevOps automation team to enhance and streamline our CI/CD pipelines.

- Develop and implement automation strategies to improve software deployment processes.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

- Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Establish best practices for infrastructure as code and configuration management.

- Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on automation and CI/CD.

- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within a product-based company.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform).

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
