GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a digital marketing operations specialist to join our high-performing marketing and communications team in India.

As a marketing operation professional, you will work closely with the India and regional marketing team to manage digital marketing operations, including social media updates, digital campaigns and events, manage marketing leads and analyze performance data.

What the day will look like

- This will be a 5-day per week role for the right candidate

This role will be responsible for marketing operations for Aon's marketing initiatives across Asia, with a focus on India including:

- Briefing the regional creative team or the digital agency for marketing assets and campaigns

- Creating, scheduling and managing emailers through marketing tools such as Eloqua and Marketo

- Social media updates - organic and sponsored

- Updating websites and marketing collaterals

- Ideating and conceptualizing local campaigns for solutions and products

- Collaborating with marketing colleagues to ensure alignment with brand, legal and messaging guidelines

- Managing vendors and agencies

- This is a digital marketing operations role. The key responsibility is to work closely with the growth marketing team in Asia to manage social media updates, emails tool, online events, marketing-generated lead flow and analyzing performance data.

We are looking for a passionate, creative digital marketer who enjoys working in partnership with stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns, social media updates, manage online events and run performance marketing campaigns. This is a role that will be involved across nine markets in Asia. We are looking for a strong team player with good organizational and communication skills. Suitable people will also have:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing operations - social media, online marketing, online events, demand generation, analyzing marketing data

- Experience with marketing tech tools is preferable but not mandatory - tools like Eloqua, Marketo, Hootsuite

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced marketing and communications environment

- B2B marketing would be a plus to ensure understanding of context

- Diplomacy, patience and the ability to work with senior stakeholders will be preferred

- Experience of having worked across multiple Asian geographies is preferable but not mandatory

- Creative ideas to improve marketing impact are welcome
