Consultant/Senior Consultant, Business Consulting – Tech TransformationInfosys Consulting is seeking for Consultants and Senior Consultants for their Technology Transformation practice. Candidate must be an experienced IT professional/consultant with the requisite domain acumen and delivery proficiency to help clients achieve business success. Ideal candidate would have a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex M&A scenarios effectively. Candidates must be comfortable to take up working at all levels to help the organization define and deliver IT solutions and processes as part of an integrated strategy.As a Consultant/Sr Consultant, you will:Provide strategic and technical advice to the client CIO and other senior IT leaders on-Due Diligence:Assess target companies' IT systems, infrastructure, and capabilities.Identify risks and opportunities related to IT during the M&A process.Evaluate compatibility of IT platforms and technologies.Integration Planning:Develop IT integration strategies and roadmaps post-merger.Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and objectives for IT integration.Estimate costs and timelines for IT integration projects.Implementation Support:Provide oversight during the integration of IT systems and applications.Ensure data migration and application consolidation are executed smoothly.Support the implementation of unified IT policies, governance, and security protocols.Communication and Collaboration:Liaise with IT teams from both organizations to facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment.Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.Documentation and Reporting:Create and maintain documentation related to IT assessments, integration plans, and progress.Monitor key performance indicators to assess integration success.Basic QualificationsConsultants-Preferably MBA graduates from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges with bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any technology related field.3-5 years of experience in IT consulting, preferably with a focus on M&A.Strong understanding of IT systems, project management, and integration methodologies.Excellent articulation, communication, and strong interpersonal skillsSenior Consultants-Preferably MBA graduates from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges with bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any technology related field.5-10 years of experience in IT consulting, preferably with a focus on M&A.Strong understanding of IT systems, project management, and integration methodologies.Excellent articulation, communication, and strong interpersonal skillsExperience with data management, IT strategy, cloud technologies, cybersecurity is advantageous.Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.Preferred QualificationsM.B.A. or equivalent advanced degreeBig 4 consulting or equivalent experienceStrong problem-solving skills: ability to determine proper course or methodology with minimal direction or supervision.Ability to produce clear, concise, relevant, and accurate recommendations based on information gathered from stakeholders and subject matter expertsStrong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)About Infosys ConsultingInfosys Consulting is the global management and technology consulting practice of Infosys, a global leader in technology services and consulting.We combine the power of time-tested methodologies, people-driven innovation, and disruptive technology to enable leaders of the world’s top brands pursue a path of smart transformation.
