If you love solving technical challenges, managing systems, and keeping networks in top shape wed love to meet youResponsibilities : - Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022).- Configure and maintain Sophos Firewalls (XG/UTM) VPNs, NAT rules, and security policies.- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and access points.- Deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, and servers.- Provide first-level support for email, VPN, printers, and conferencing tools.- Handle IT onboarding/offboarding and vendor coordination.Skills and Qualification : - Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, VPN, and NAT.- Strong skills in hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.- B.Tech / Degree / ITI in Computer Science or related field.- 02 years of relevant experience.- Bonus : MCSA / MCSE certifications.Be part of a collaborative tech team that values initiative, learning, and innovation.
