Description:Job Summary:- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong project management expertise and working knowledge of electronics design, development, or manufacturing processes.- The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end project delivery, and ensure successful execution of electronics-based projects within scope, timeline, and budget.- This role requires strategic thinking, proactive risk management, and excellent stakeholder communication.Key Responsibilities:- Lead multiple electronics or electro-mechanical projects from concept to delivery. - Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with leadership and engineering teams. - Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and cost estimates. - Coordinate with electronics design, hardware, firmware, testing, production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Own project documentation including schedules, risk registers, change requests, technical reports, and status dashboards. - Conduct periodic project reviews, ensuring alignment on progress, risks, and corrective actions. - Drive cross-functional problem solving and support technical discussions when required. - Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early and implement mitigation strategies. - Ensure adherence to engineering standards, quality processes, and compliance requirements. - Manage vendor and customer communication, including requirement gathering, clarifications, and technical updates. - Track project costs, manage budgets, and optimize resource utilization. - Support new product introduction (NPI) processes, testing cycles, and product validation phases. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive enhancements in project management practices.Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - Strong project management experience (minimum 5 years in managing engineering or electronics projects). - Solid understanding of electronics basics: components, circuits, PCB development process, testing workflows, or hardware-firmware interaction. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. - Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities. - Communicate clearly with all stakeholders with SMT Plant & Suppliers. - Ensure QCD for the project.
