Key Responsibilities : - Lead and develop RPA solutions using UiPath, including design, development, deployment, and support.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.- Work across multiple domains and tools including ERPs and templates.- Utilize UiPath Document Understanding and Action Center in live projects.- Ensure best practices in bot design, exception handling, and logging throughout the SDLC.- Keep pace with UiPath advancements, including Agentic Automation platform and Skills : - 7+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience- Experience with UiPath 2024 and above- Strong understanding of UiPath SDLC- Experience in Document Understanding and Action Center- Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders- Experience with VBA / VB Skills : - Knowledge of SAP scripting- Exposure to Mainframe and Citrix environments- Experience with Python and/or Power Automate (ref:hirist.tech)
