Title : Lead RoR EngineerExp : 7-10yrsLocation : Bengaluru, Onsite(5days a week)Mission of the Role :We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Integrations to lead the design, development, and deployment of integrations across multiple platforms. Leveraging expertise in Ruby on Rails and Workato, you will build robust, scalable solutions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful product features.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design and development of integrations with external platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards.- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence.- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and provide constructive feedback.- Collaborate with engineering leads to optimize front-end and back-end integration.- Stay current with industry trends and emerging Ruby on Rails technologies, advocating adoption where relevant.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Ideal Candidate Profile :- Extensive experience in Ruby on Rails development, with a strong grasp of Ruby language and Rails framework.- Proven record of designing and delivering complex features and web applications.- Strong expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end integration.- Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in addressing technical challenges.- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior engineers.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.- Solid experience in database design and optimization (relational databases).- Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch or OpenSearch.- Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD practices.- Ability to drive technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and influence strategy.- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
