Change the world. Love your job.Designers bring semiconductors to life by defining, developing and/or modifying analog and mixed signal electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry. They work with other designers and the broader R&D and demand creation teams to align on approaches and parameters for a given device, creating block level specifications for the designs. They take the designs through the concept, implementation in schematic and supervising layout, followed by tape out to the fab. They also support silicon validation, test, qualification for reliability, and finally ramp to mass production. Designers also conduct tests and analyze data to ensure the chosen methods are optimal for the defined specifications and reliability requirements.About The JobYou will be part of the team with charter to develop new Audio converters catering to PE, Automotive and Industrial market segment. Team has complete charter of end to end development of Audio ADCs, DACs, Codecs including devices with Class D integration. These devices are highly integrated mixed signal devices with on chip digital signal processing capabilitiesAs part of this role you will get opportunity to interface with various engineering teams within the product line including digital design, layout, firmware, verification, validation, test, systems, applications and marketing to successfully execute new products from concept to volume production and subsequent support.You will be a core member in a design team driving flawless execution, while finding innovative design architecture and solutions to customers’ problems through “out of the box thinking” to deliver highly differentiated products.Minimum requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering - 5+ Years of Analog Design experience - 4+ Years of hands on experience in Sigma Delta ADC or DAC - Experience of leading full project (Chip lead) Or Analog design lead - Strong understanding of signal processingPreferred qualifications:- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes - Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions (Digital, Test & Val, Firmware, Layout etc) - Ability to take the initiative and drive for results - Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
