- Implementation Skills : Hands-on experience with Service Management, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.

- Collaboration : Experience working with Account Managers to ensure strategic alignment with customer goals.

- Tool Expertise : Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations, along with experience in other business analysis and documentation tools.

Education Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
