Tata Electronics is committed to creating a socioeconomic footprint by employing many women in its workforce and actively supporting local communities through initiatives in environment, education, healthcare, sports and livelihood.Role OverviewThe role is within the Digital Department, specifically in the MES team, focusing on operational reports and dashboards. This position involves oversee the development of operational reports/dashboards from data taken from different sources such as MES and other manufacturing applications. This role ensures operational data integrity, drives reporting excellence and collaborates across business units to optimize operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesOversee the development of operational reports and dashboardsGuide site IT team to ensure data accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal standardsDeliver actionable insights to operations and leadership teamLead user training and adoption of reporting tools and platforms.Work with business, Site IT and IS team to align the data strategiesAct as the subject matter expert for operation data and reporting processes in co-ordination with site IT leads.Self & Team DevelopmentUpskill team members competencies by facilitating with the necessary trainingDefine and enforce reporting standards and best practicesFoster a culture of continuous improvement and data literacyEssential Attributes5 – 10 years of experience in operation data analysis and reporting in a large-scale manufacturing industryProficiency in MS Excel, Power-BI, Tableau or equivalent reporting tool/platformStrong understanding of operation KPIs, compliance metrics and performance frame works.Familiarity with data governance, privacy and compliance standardsSolid knowledge of R, PythonQualificationsBachelors or master’s degree in data analytics, IT, IS or equivalentDesired Experience Level 5 – 10 years of relevant experience.
