We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Architect for a full-time position in Bangalore Urban. Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess a strong background in healthcare architecture, showcasing experience with complex healthcare facilities and projects.
  • Proficiency in architectural design, including conceptualization and detailed attention to unique healthcare environments.
  • Expert knowledge in healthcare design, ensuring compliance with health industry norms and standards.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver designs that meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Architect Designer roles to contribute effectively to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design concepts to clients and team members.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identify and address design challenges.
  • Commitment to delivering design projects on time and within budget, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the architectural design process from conceptual development through to final construction documentation for healthcare projects.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to incorporate best practices into functional and innovative designs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to ensure projects meet budgetary requirements and client needs.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of design execution and implementation.
  • Engage in client consultations to understand requirements and provide expert design solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in healthcare architecture to continuously improve design services.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between architectural and engineering teams to optimize project outcomes.
