MUFG Global Service Private Limited: Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC/ AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFG’s global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. About the Role: Position Title: Senior Analyst (UAM)- (5-8 years of Experience) Corporate Title: Senior Analyst Location: Bengaluru Job Profile: Position details: In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures related to identity and access management across MUFG’s business. Under this arrangement, you will act and make decisions on behalf of MUFG Bank’s business, subject to the same remit and level of authority, and irrespective of the entity which employs you. The candidate should have a good understanding of governance structures within the financial technology sector as well as knowledge of the key technical frameworks and audit requirements. In addition, the candidate is expected to have demonstrable communication and team-working skills. The candidate should also be willing provide ad-hoc support to the wider MUFG teams. Customer: Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally. Work in partnership with various departments to support the implementation of global, regional and local projects, providing user administration support for user ID and access control. Work closely with Security Officers and IAMS Support Team to ensure that access control requests are executed accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure user access request is tracked, follow-up and completed on based on pre-defined agreed service level agreement. Ensure timely escalation, resolution and closures of tickets are performed within SLAs. People: Support, coach and guide less experienced team members. Act as a role model to team members and adhere to all company policies / guidelines. Assist as necessary during Team Lead’s absence. Roles and Responsibilities: Be the subject matter expert and the reference point for the Access Management team. Perform user access management by provisioning or de-provisioning user access. Represent the team in meetings as required. Innovative ideas to improve processes. Knowledge of Access Review/Attestation Management Folder access permissions Privileged access controls Closure of raised incidents Handling queries related password resets, login issues etc. Monitor the request queue, team mailboxes, review and follow SOP procedures to add, edit or delete specific accesses for specific systems as requested. Respond to general questions about access requests. Follow up with required approvers/stakeholders for approvals or clarifications through phone, email or tickets. Contribute to the Knowledge Management Database. Record events and problems and their resolution in knowledge base/SOP. Read and review the standard operating procedures and required training materials. Create additional documentation, as needed to support the process. Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures. Engage in knowledge transfer session for any newly on boarded application that comes under the scope of user access management. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Follow-up and update relevant trackers and systems. Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the Team Leader Creating KPIs for BAU processes Experience with Active Directory group management. Knowledge of ‘least privilege’ methodology with access permissions Job Requirements: Minimum 2-5 years of experience and work experience in Identity Access Management Domain. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (Proficiency in English). Excellent interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented and Customer focused. Practical Access Review processes experience (manual and automated). The ability to multitask, manage large workloads and tight deadlines. A proactive, motivated approach. The ability to operate with urgency and priorities work accordingly. Strong decision-making skills, the ability to demonstrate sound judgement. Incident management/resolution processes. Good to excellent understanding of computer systems and other tech products. Good to excellent practical experience of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge and experience of scripting in PowerShell. Knowledge of IAM tool preferably Oracle Identity Manager, RSA IGL, SailPoint etc. Results driven, with a strong sense of accountability. Process driven. A calm approach, with the ability to perform well in a pressurized environment. Experience working in IAM team. Participate in IAM audit and review access control reports to identify potential risks. Business facing experience. Desired but not necessary : Knowledge of SQL Queries, scripting (e.g PowerShell). Knowledge of Technical/Cyber Security risk frameworks (e.g. ISO27001, NIST, FFIEC) Experience of documenting IAM processes and procedures. Flexibility in working in shifts if required Risk Management processes. Issue management.
