The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven success in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals across the United States. You’ll play a critical role in fulfilling client requirements, maintaining compliance, and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, etc.) for US-based clients. - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job posting, resume screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding. - Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), ATS, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) for talent acquisition. - Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations, credentialing, and documentation standards. - Collaborate with account managers and credentialing teams to meet client SLAs and fill urgent positions. - Track and report recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and hiring outcomes.Required Skills & Experience- 3–5 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment (preferably with staffing agencies). - Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, licensing requirements, and credentialing processes. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in using ATS systems and sourcing tools. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines. - Familiarity with VMS platforms (e.g., ShiftWise, Medefis, Aya) is a plus.Preferred Traits- Results-driven and metrics-oriented. - Empathetic communicator with a knack for candidate engagement. - Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs and market dynamics.What We Offer- Competitive compensation with performance incentives. - Exposure to top-tier US healthcare clients. - Supportive team culture and growth opportunities.P.S - If your profile aligns with the above skillsets and role requirements, we welcome you to apply.
