The ideal candidate should be proficient in the end-to-end chatbot development lifecycle, including design, development, integration, and optimization.Key Responsibilities :- Design and develop AI/ML-powered chatbots, with a focus on Rasa framework.- Implement and fine-tune NLP models for intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management.- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) to create intelligent, context-aware chatbot responses.- Use ML/DL algorithms to optimize chatbot performance and improve user experience.- Integrate chatbots with messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Slack, etc.- Ensure seamless backend integration with APIs, databases, and other services.- Monitor and improve chatbot performance metrics, including accuracy, response time, and user satisfaction.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.- Strong programming skills : Python, JavaScript, Java, or equivalent.- Basic understanding of machine learning/AI concepts, including :1. NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn2. TensorFlow / PyTorch (plus)3.
