Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Lead NICE Developer to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting NICE inContact and a strong background in development, with proficiency in common programming languages.

- As a Lead NICE Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that enhance the functionality and efficiency of our contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities :

NICE inContact Support :

- Utilize 7 to 12 years of experience to provide expert support for NICE inContact (CXone) Contact Center solution.

- Demonstrate proficiency in ACD, skill-based routing, call recording/screen recording, speech analytics, IVR, chat, text email, and workforce management (WFM).

CXone Studio Expertise :

- Possess a solid understanding of call flows, scripting, and design within CXone Studio.

- Leverage expertise to optimize and enhance contact center operations.

Programming Skills :

- Utilize 2+ years of experience in common programming languages such as JavaScript/Node, Python, Java, .

- Net, Angular, or equivalent technology.

- Apply coding skills to customize and extend the functionality of NICE solutions.

Agile Delivery Methodologies :

- Leverage 4+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.

- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Leadership :

- Lead Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience working as a Developer with a focus on NICE inContact (CXone) solutions.

- In-depth knowledge of contact center technologies, including ACD, call recording, speech analytics, IVR, and workforce management.

- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/Node, Python, Java, .

- Net, Angular, or equivalent technology.

- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC practices.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
