The ideal candidate will design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and eCommerce Cloud to ensure high-quality and reliable product delivery.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium within an Agile/Scrum and DevOps environment. - Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce applications. - Utilize Salesforce testing tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench for validation and data management. - Create and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts covering various Salesforce Clouds. - Identify, log, and track defects in the defect management system and collaborate closely with developers to ensure resolution. - Verify data integrity and consistency across multiple Salesforce modules and integrations. - Conduct end-to-end testing for Salesforce processes, including custom Apex and Visualforce components. - Ensure that all Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations meet defined business and quality requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications- 4–8 years of experience in QA Automation with a focus on Salesforce applications. - Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and test automation frameworks. - Hands-on experience using Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench. - Deep understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, and eCommerce). - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) is an added advantage. - Salesforce Administration certification or equivalent practical experience in Salesforce testing.Preferred Qualifications- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and integration testing in a Salesforce ecosystem. - Knowledge of Apex testing frameworks and Visualforce validation. - Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
