Eligible: Candidates only from Banks, PG, Fintech who have experience in bank/payments./PG alliances for consumer lending.


Role: Banking Alliances

Job Location: Mumbai

Min Experience: Minimum 7 to 15 years’ experience in acquisitions or onboarding of lending partners, such as banks, NBFCs. Onboarding or working closely with PGs will be an added advantage.

Qualification: MBA is a Must.


Role Summary

This position will be sole owner of proactively identifying and onboarding financial institutions such as Banks and NBFCs as lending partners including product pitch, commercial negotiations, policy finalization, building the right journey and third-party integrations.


Roles & Responsibilities & Prior Experience:

1.   Must have onboarded NBFCs and Banks as lenders for consumer loans.

2.   Good network in relevant lenders

3.   Should have worked closely with PGs.

4.   Onboarding NBFCs and Banks as lenders for consumer loans for purchase (also called consumer durable loans in some institutions but relevant for categories other than consumer durable also)

5.   Onboarding PGs

6.   Build pipelines for acquisitions.

7.   Take ownership of commercial negotiations, policy finalization (and regular modification as per market requirement) and alignment on customer journey.

8.   Proactively identify and implement any third party integrations which could be relevant for the business

9.   Be the ShopSe SPOC for any aspect of lender relationships

10. Devising GTM for a product launch.

11. Creating relevant MIS and reports for partners.

12. Coordination with internal stakeholders (Operations, Product, Tech & Legal teams) and own end to end responsibilities for the partnerships and act as a bridge to deliver all the requirements of the partner.

13. Be proactive about solving problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as and when they emerge.
