The CRM Auditor will be responsible for analyzing customer relationship management data, conducting audits of CRM processes, and ensuring data accuracy. Additional responsibilities include evaluating the efficiency of workflows, implementing improvements, and generating reports to support strategic decision-making. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction is a key part of this role.Qualifications- Proficiency in CRM systems, database management, and data analysis - Strong auditing, quality assurance, and workflow evaluation experience - Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills - Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities - Familiarity with real estate processes or relevant industry experience is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
