The HT Brand Studio is the Native Advertising and Branded Content division of HT Digital Streams.

The vision is to create world-class digital content and native solutions for brands that stand out from the rest, on an otherwise cluttered medium.

Each team member is required to wear multiple hats from time to time.

We are a young and dynamic team comprising artists, journalists, tech-heads, and digital marketing experts.

The HT Brand Studio comes with diverse experience in creating content for brands.

Simply put - we're a bunch of storytellers at heart, with a knack for solving business problems.

To put it simply, we are looking for a growth hacker with a start-up mindset who is willing to get his/her hands dirty and solve challenges.

The right attitude, and hunger to learn will be key attributes.

Responsibilities :


- Liaison with key stakeholders from sales, edit, tech/IT and finance.

- Maintain a smooth workflow.

- Map client requirements with advertising opportunities at HT Digital.

- Support in building media plans by working with content, and digital marketing teams.

- Develop an understanding of the B2B ecosystem, especially the enterprise technology industry.

- Track and ensure client project deliveries and KPIs.

- Intervene and escalate where necessary.

- Ensure adherence to established processes and protocols for the team.

- Support sales in client meetings, as needed.

- Help upset and cross-sell where necessary.

- Benchmark and map client accounts against the rate card, and ensure exceptional cases have approvals from function heads.

- Maintain record of vendors/freelancers.

- Ensure paperwork is maintained and payment terms/process and timeline is adhered to.

- Support video and event production, as and when necessary.

- Build and maintain an influencer database for use in branded content campaigns.

- Manage operations for digital events/webinars.

- Includes speaker outreach/coordination, vendors, internal stakeholders, etc.

- Manage a large volume of multiple assignments and tasks, collaborate with the team, while working under intense deadline pressure and tight budgets.

- Should be able to make visually attractive, data-driven MS Powerpoint presentations for client pitches as and when required.

Must Have :


- Basic software knowledge: MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel.

- Relevant experience in media industry, or marketing function in any another industry.

- Comfort in managing client and agency relationships on an ongoing basis.

- Comfort in crafting messaging that gets to the heart of a brand, understanding business to consumer and business-to-business audiences.

A graduation degree/diploma.

Good to Have :


- Post-graduation with an MBA in Marketing/ General Management.

- Understanding and some experience of content marketing, and digital advertising.

- Experience in managing digital events/webinars.

- Knowledge and network within enterprise technology companies.

- Basic experience of website and social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords, FB Business Dashboard.

- A highly result-oriented, articulate, decisive, self-starter who energizes people around him/her.

Experience Minimum 5 years.
