We work with leading brands to automate 80-90% of customer queries while maintaining quality experiences.Role Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester who will serve as a critical bridge between our clients, product, and engineering teams. You'll be responsible for identifying issues, ensuring product quality, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the resolution process.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Testing Perform manual and exploratory testing across all platform channels (WhatsApp, email, voice, web chat) Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases Develop and maintain test cases for new and existing features Client Communication & Support Respond to client-reported issues promptly and professionally Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client concerns Provide regular updates to clients on issue status and resolution timelines Escalate critical issues appropriately and keep stakeholders informed Technical Collaboration Work closely with the engineering team to report and prioritize bugs Provide detailed bug reports with logs, screenshots, and contextual information Participate in sprint reviews and planning sessions Collaborate on root cause analysis for recurring issuesRequirements1-3 years of experience in QA testing or a similar role Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or similar) Basic understanding of APIs and how web applications work Comfortable reading logs and identifying patterns Ability to manage multiple issues and prioritize effectively Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setupNice to Have Experience with SaaS or customer service platforms Exposure to automation testing tools Understanding of conversational AI or chatbot systems Experience in client-facing rolesWhat We OfferFully remote position – work from anywhere Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology Fast-paced startup environment with real ownership Direct impact on product quality and customer satisfaction
