The ideal candidate will combinehands-on Zoho expertisewith the ability tomanage a small team, drive digital transformation, and align technology with business needs .Key ResponsibilitiesA. Zoho Development & Business Applications (95%)Lead end-to-end development, customization, and deployment onZoho Creator, CRM, Books, Flow, and Zoho One suite . Gather business requirements, design scalable workflows, and deliver efficient solutions. Implement best practices inSDLC, version control, and documentation . Mentor and guide a team of junior developers; review and approve technical work. Develop and maintainAPI integrationswith third-party applications. Conducttesting, debugging, and performance optimization . Ensuredata security, compliance, and access control policieswithin Zoho apps. Stay updated onnew Zoho features, AI tools, and automation trendsto enhance efficiency. Conductuser training sessionsand support smooth adoption of new systems.B. IT Infrastructure & Support (5%)Oversee IT assets, networking, VPNs, and security access. Ensure backups and IT security protocols are in place. Liaise with vendors for IT services, renewals, and warranties. Document IT processes and provide basic user support when required.Key Skills & CompetenciesExpert inZoho Creator, CRM, Books, Flow, and Zoho One applications . Strong knowledge ofDeluge scripting, APIs, and integrations . Proventeam leadership and project managementexperience. Experience inworkflow automation, process mapping, and system design . Familiarity withAgile, Git, and SDLC methodologies . Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5+ years of Zoho development experience , with at least2–3 years in a leadership/managerial role . Hands-on experience inZoho integrations and automation . Zoho Creator Certified Developer(preferred).
