Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.- Monitor sales performance and take corrective measures to ensure goal attainment.- Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.Team Leadership & Management:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.- Provide regular coaching, performance evaluations, and training as needed.- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on success and accountability.Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from inquiry to post-sales support.- Address client queries, concerns, and follow-ups promptly and professionally.Market Research & Business Development:- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.- Identify and target new market segments to expand business reach.- Work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals.Reporting & Documentation:- Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue projections.- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems and ensure data integrity.- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.- Strong expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Target Achievement.- Proven ability in managing and nurturing client relationships.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Hands-on experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management.- Strong analytical abilities with experience in market research and trend analysis.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.Preferred Qualifications:- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.- Prior experience working with real estate developers or real estate consulting firms.- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
