Job Description:

  • Are you a skilled and passionate finance professional ready to take on new challenges? Join our dynamic team as a Accounts Manager and play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accuracy in records.
  • Vendor payments, GST filings, TDS returns, and sales billing in Zoho Books.
  • Creating and maintaining daily Accounts MIS reports for Internal reviews.
  • Understand section-wise applicability of TDS rules, process returns filing and challan payments via online mode.
  • Accounts payable management using Razorpay, Zoho Books, and net banking bulk payouts.
  • Accounts Receivable: Tracking over aged debts and professionally communicating for overdue payments.
  • Reconciliation Processes: GST, TDS, bank accounts, and bulk vendor in Zoho Books.
  • Expense and Payroll Management : Handling Zoho Forms for bill collections and Zoho Expenses for reimbursement QC. Managing Zoho Payroll for employee TDS, salaries, and PF data.
  • Preparing daily/weekly cash flow statements and profit analysis.

Candidate experience and qualifications

  • Currently working into finance and accounts for more than 3 years in a CA firm, manufacturing, service industry. (CA Inter candidates are also eligible).
  • Post graduation degree in Accounting, Finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and legal compliances of TDS, GST, companies act.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
