With zero-deposit rentals and same-day delivery, we’re redefining how people experience technology.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a proactive Logistics Operations Executive to oversee Rentkar’s day-to-day order delivery operations across Mumbai. You’ll manage dispatches, pickups, reverse logistics, and ensure customers receive their gadgets on time and in top condition. This role demands strong coordination, problem-solving, and relationship management with delivery partners and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily order deliveries and pickups across Mumbai and nearby regions.Coordinate with logistics partners, drivers, and internal teams for smooth last-mile operations.Handle delivery scheduling, tracking, and exceptions (delays, reschedules, failed deliveries).Ensure timely collections of returned products and verify product condition.Maintain inventory movement records — from warehouse dispatch to return reconciliation.Address customer queries related to delivery, pickup, or delays with professionalism and empathy.Oversee packaging quality, transit safety, and product readiness for deliveries.Manage daily operations reports (delivered orders, pending pickups, exceptions, delays).Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to resolve issues quickly.Assist with route planning and cost optimization for efficient logistics.Requirements1–3 years of experience in logistics operations / e-commerce / rental or D2C startup.Familiarity with Mumbai routes and local delivery networks.Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.Experience coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle on-ground escalations and manage operations in real time.Strong sense of ownership, punctuality, and attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred.Bonus AdvantageExperience handling high-value tech products (laptops, consoles, cameras).Prior work in rental, delivery, or warehousing startups.Candidates immediately available to join will be given preference.What We OfferCompetitive salary (₹2.5 – 4.5 LPA in-hand)Fast-paced learning in a tech-enabled logistics startupCareer growth into Senior Operations / City Lead rolesCollaborative team with young and dynamic professionals
