Position Overview:

 

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital advertising, specifically managing high-budget campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. Experience with the Shopify platform and a background in fashion marketing will be highly advantageous. This role requires a proactive and data-driven professional who can optimize our online presence and drive sales growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing. Proficiency in web analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.

 

- Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns across Meta and Google platforms to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.

 

- Manage significant advertising budgets, ensuring maximum ROI across all paid media channels.

 

- Conduct ongoing A/B testing for various ad components, including ad copy, bid strategies, and targeting to continuously improve campaign performance.

 

- Analyze campaign data, interpret performance metrics, and provide comprehensive reporting to stakeholders.

 

- Collaborate with the creative and merchandising teams to align digital advertising campaigns with seasonal trends and product launches.

 

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and updates in digital marketing to ensure Bacca Bucci remains a competitive force in the market.

 

- Ensure all campaign activities align with the broader marketing strategies and company goals.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in D2C performance marketing, with a strong focus on Meta and Google Ads platforms.

- Proven track record of managing high-budget performance marketing campaigns and achieving substantial ROI.

- In-depth experience with the Shopify platform, ideally within a fashion brand or D2C environment.

- Strong analytical skills with an ability to gather insights from data and make informed decisions to drive campaign success.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively across various departments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
