The company’s vision is to empower everyone towards an active and healthier lifestyle through innovative fitness solutions, enabled by technology.Role Overview:The CAD / 2D Designer will support the design and product development teams in creating detailed 2D sketches, color-ups, and technical renderings for sports footwear. The role requires strong creative and technical skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, along with an understanding of design trends and material applications.Key Responsibilities: Create 2D design drawings, color-ups, and material mappings for sports footwear collections. Develop print artworks, logo placements, and branding layouts as per seasonal direction. Conduct trend research and forecasting to support concept development and color/material planning. Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure accurate design-to sample translation. Prepare and maintain design files and tech packs for R&D and vendor referenceKey Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (mandatory). Strong sense of color, proportion, and detailing specific to footwear design. Basic understanding of footwear construction, materials, and category trends. Good visualization, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced development environment.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s in Footwear Design (NIFT preferred). 1–2 years of hands-on experience in CAD / 2D design within the sports or open footwear category. Exposure to trend research platforms and forecasting tools will be an added advantage.
