Role Summary :

- 8+ years of ERP Experience 4+ years experience within the Oracle Cloud PPM.

- Minimum of two(2) successfully delivered PPM Implementations.

- Certification in one of the Oracle cloud PPM modules.

- Functional experience with Oracle Cloud PPM : Project Billing, Project Costing, Grants Management.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud methodology and framework.

- Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.

- Able to advise and lead on best practice, map business processes to delivered functionality, document requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing.

- Experience supporting workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate).

- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills ( MS PowerPoint, etc.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in all phases of the Oracle Cloud PPM implementation lifecycle, including : Requirements gathering and analysis

- Solution design and configuration Data migration and integration Testing and quality assurance

- Go-live support and post-implementation support

- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud PPM best practices, including Project Billing, Project Costing, and Grants Management.

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, map them to Oracle Cloud PPM functionality, and propose optimal solutions.

- Conduct workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate) to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure client buy-in.

- Document project requirements, design specifications, and test plans.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle Cloud PPM functionality.

- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.

- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Oracle Cloud PPM and industry best practices.
