We're hiring May 2025 qualified Chartered Accountants for a Financial Reporting role with a listed company in the Insurance sector, based in Mumbai.

Location: Mumbai

Role: Financial Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly financial statements including the Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet of the company
  • Submission of quarterly financials to the Board of Directors
  • Conducting detailed analysis of key financial line items and delivering accurate data for management decision-making
  • Posting monthly closing entries in SAP and ensuring accurate & timely preparation of IRDAI-compliant financials including Revenue Account, P&L, and Balance Sheet
  • Preparing quarterly SEBI (LODR) financial results and implementing updates from SEBI circulars
  • Analyzing key financial movements such as premium, claims, and income and preparing MIS reports and management presentations
  • Leading key finance projects including IFRS and US GAAP implementation
  • Contributing to the preparation and finalization of the company's Integrated Annual Report
