Role : Teamcenter solution ArchitectExperience : 7 +yrs Location : Chennai Key Responsibilities :- Define and design end-to-end Teamcenter PLM architecture aligned with business and IT strategies.- Lead the implementation and customization of Teamcenter modules such as BMIDE, Workflow Designer, Active Workspace, Change Management, and Structure Manager.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable PLM solutions.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams during solution implementation.- Develop and maintain integration strategies with ERP, CAD, MES, and other enterprise systems.- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security through best practices in architecture and deployment.- Conduct solution reviews, gap analysis, and propose enhancements to improve system efficiency.- Support data migration, system upgrades, and environment management.- Create and maintain architectural documentation, solution blueprints, and technical specifications.- Stay updated with the latest Teamcenter releases, features, and industry trends.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 7+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM, with at least 3+ years in an architect or lead role.- Strong expertise in :1. Teamcenter Unified Architecture2. BMIDE configuration and customization3. Active Workspace (AWC) customization4. Workflow and Change Management5. CAD integrations (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.)6. ERP/MES integrations- Proficiency in Java, ITK, SOA, RAC, and TCL scripting.- Experience with Teamcenter deployment on cloud or hybrid environments is a plus.- Solid understanding of PLM concepts, product data management, and engineering change processes.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence.- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
