Now, we're looking for a passionate and experienced (Senior) Social Compliance Auditor to join our team in India.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct social compliance, factory security, and special audits across client sites
  • Deliver comprehensive, accurate audit reports with supporting documentation
  • Ensure alignment with ILO conventions, LRQA procedures, and local labor laws
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive audit quality and efficiency
  • Uphold LRQA's Code of Ethics, reporting any integrity concerns proactively
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor regulations, and compliance frameworks

Who You Are

  • A degree holder in Law, HR, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environment
  • 3–4 years of experience in social compliance & CTPAT auditing (with 200+ audit days preferred)
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) highly preferred
  • Familiar with SA8000, RBA, BSCI, Higg Index or similar standards
  • Strong command of English, with excellent reporting and communication skills
  • Skilled in problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
  • High integrity, culturally sensitive, and comfortable with field audits
  • Willing to travel frequently across India and occasionally overseas
