DevOps Engineer with Developer Experience

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong software development expertise in Python and/or GoLang , and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, container orchestration, monitoring, and automation. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable DevOps solutions and development tools that support high-availability, secure, and reliable systems.Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure (on-premise or cloud). - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD , etc. - Write infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools . - Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, etc). - Automate repetitive tasks and improve development workflows using Python or GoLang . - Collaborate with development teams to improve developer experience, tooling, and build/deployment strategies. - Implement containerization using Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, etc). - Ensure security best practices are followed across infrastructure and pipelines (Secrets Management, IAM, Vulnerability Scanning). - Own and optimize cloud resources (AWS/GCP/Azure) for performance and cost-efficiency. - Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system uptime and reliability (On-call may be required). - Contribute to DevOps best practices and mentor junior engineers.Required Skills & Experience:- 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering . - Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and/or GoLang (must have). - Deep experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline design. - Expertise in Cloud Platforms : AWS (preferred), GCP or Azure. - Strong experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting). - Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm , etc. - Strong understanding of Linux systems , networking, and system architecture. - Experience with GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) . - Experience with Monitoring and Observability tools. - Solid understanding of DevSecOps and best practices in secure DevOps workflows.
