Job Title : Tableau DeveloperExperience : 6 YearsLocation : PuneImmediate Joiner PreferredJob Overview :We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer with 6 years of expertise in data visualization and analytics to join our team.The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to help our organization make data-driven decisions effectively.This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to translate complex business requirements into compelling visual insights.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.- Connect and integrate Tableau with various data sources, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely refreshes.- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and preparation to enhance reporting quality.- Optimize Tableau workbooks and server performance for efficient loading and responsiveness.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical dashboard solutions.- Manage Tableau Server, including user access, permissions, scheduling data refreshes, and monitoring system performance.- Provide end-user training and support to maximize the value of Tableau reports.- Maintain thorough documentation of dashboard designs, data sources, and development processes.- Stay updated with the latest Tableau tools and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.- Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and standards in reporting and visualization.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related field.- 6 years of professional experience in Tableau development and data visualization.- Proficiency with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.- Strong skills in SQL for querying and data manipulation.- Experience in designing effective data models and dashboard layouts.- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI best practices.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to optimize dashboard performance and handle large datasets.- Knowledge of data security and governance in BI environments.Preferred Skills :- Experience with other BI tools like Power BI or QlikView.- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R for data analysis.- Certification in Tableau Desktop Specialist or other relevant Tableau certifications.
