The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate sector and a passion for building strong, recognizable brands.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to position the company prominently in the real estate market.- Create and manage promotional campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and event channels.- Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and support conversion efforts.- Oversee the creation of marketing content including brochures, videos, website content, and social media assets.- Plan and manage real estate events, expos, webinars, and open houses to increase brand visibility.- Maintain and enhance the company's digital presence through SEO, PPC, and social media engagement.- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust promotional strategies as needed.- Build partnerships with agencies, influencers, and local businesses to enhance brand exposure.- Track KPIs and marketing ROI, preparing regular performance Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field from IIMs- Experience in brand marketing or promotional roles, preferably in real estate or a related industry.- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, CRM systems).- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.- Creative mindset with the ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.- Proven experience in event planning and campaign management.- Familiarity with real estate industry trends and consumer behavior is a plus.Preferred Skills:- Proficiency in graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.- Strong network within the real estate or property investment community.- Experience working with property portals and lead generation platforms.
