Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Promotion & Brand Marketing Professional to enhance our brand presence, drive lead generation, and support sales efforts through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate sector and a passion for building strong, recognizable brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to position the company prominently in the real estate market.

- Create and manage promotional campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and event channels.

- Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and support conversion efforts.

- Oversee the creation of marketing content including brochures, videos, website content, and social media assets.

- Plan and manage real estate events, expos, webinars, and open houses to increase brand visibility.

- Maintain and enhance the company's digital presence through SEO, PPC, and social media engagement.

- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust promotional strategies as needed.

- Build partnerships with agencies, influencers, and local businesses to enhance brand exposure.

- Track KPIs and marketing ROI, preparing regular performance Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field from IIMs

- Experience in brand marketing or promotional roles, preferably in real estate or a related industry.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, CRM systems).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

- Creative mindset with the ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Proven experience in event planning and campaign management.

- Familiarity with real estate industry trends and consumer behavior is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Proficiency in graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.

- Strong network within the real estate or property investment community.

- Experience working with property portals and lead generation platforms.
