Project Liaison – Hotel Development (Manager Level)

📍 Location: chennai| Compensation: ₹12–18 LPA


We are looking for an experienced professional to join our hospitality development team as a Project Liaison – Hotel Development. This role will act as the bridge between landowners, hotel operators, consultants, and authorities—driving end-to-end project documentation, compliance, approvals, and stakeholder engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


• Manage land documentation, contracts, and statutory compliance.

• Liaise with hotel operators (Taj, Marriott, ITC, etc.) on agreements and approvals.

• Coordinate with government bodies for permits, clearances, and utilities.

• Support negotiations, track commitments, and maintain project dashboards.


Requirements:


• 7–12 years’ experience in hotel development, real estate, or compliance-heavy project roles.

• Strong knowledge of land documentation, approvals, and operator agreements.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
