Understand US job requirements and match suitable candidates. Communicate with candidates via calls and emails to explain job roles and opportunities. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly. Ensure compliance with US recruitment processes and company policies. Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.Eligibility Criteria Education:Bachelor’s degree in Science stream (B.Sc./Biotechnology/Pharma/ Microbiology/other science-related fields). Experience:Freshers are welcome. Shift Requirement:Must be comfortable working innight shifts (US timings) . Communication:Fluency inEnglish (spoken and written)is mandatory.Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Job Portals, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
