Job Title: Architect – Client Coordination & QC Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru Department: 3D Visualization / Production Employment Type: Full-Time About archVi archVi is a leading PropTech visualization company redefining real estate marketing through immersive 3D walkthroughs, renders, and digital experiences. We work with top developers across India to bring architectural concepts to life through design, innovation, and technology. Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Architect who can act as the bridge between clients and internal visualization teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and design concepts , and be able to QC files , interpret client inputs, and ensure accuracy before project execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Coordination Review and understand project requirements shared by clients (drawings, references, and design details). Clarify technical queries directly with clients or project architects when needed. Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal 3D/Design teams. 2. Drawing Review & Quality Check Review and validate architectural drawings (CAD / PDF / Layouts) received from clients. Identify and correct discrepancies in dimensions, materials, or design intent before production. Conduct QC checks on visualization-ready files to ensure design accuracy and alignment with client requirements. 3. Team Collaboration Work closely with 3D modelers, visualization artists, and project managers to convey design intent clearly. Provide guidance and clarifications to the production team for accurate representation of spaces, materials, and compositions. 4. Process & Documentation Maintain proper documentation of client communication and project updates. Contribute to improving quality control and standardization processes for architectural inputs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design (B.Arch preferred). 2–6 years of experience in architectural design, QC, or 3D visualization coordination . Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details). Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction details . Excellent communication and coordination skills with both clients and internal teams. Working knowledge of AutoCAD , SketchUp , or Revit (basic visualization understanding is a plus).
